The term care embraces all the services that help drug addicts meet their basic needs (healthy food, clothes, accommodation, warmth, protection from dangers, peace, sleep and so on). Likewise, it also covers safeguarding health or protecting addicts from illness.
We also speak of harm reduction as we also try to prevent or reduce miserable living conditions.
- staying in and staying overnight in protected and heated rooms
- provision of food
- basic hygiene (showers, towels and toiletries, clothing store, washing machine and drier to clean clothes)
- handing out sterile and taking back used syringes
- hygienic room where you can take the drugs you have brought with you
- medical care with the out-patient drug therapy service
Drug addicts can make use of our care services in the drop-in centre, drug consumption room, in the emergency overnight accommodation and the out-patient drug therapy service in the

The opening hours of the drop-in centre are:
- every day from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
The opening hours of the drug consumption room are:
- Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 12.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
The opening hours of the out-patient drug therapy service are:
- Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The opening hours of the emergency overnight accommodation are:
- every night for women and men from 9 pm. to 11 a.m.
- women and men are admitted from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
