Counselling can take place face to face, over the phone or online. The aim of counselling is to give people who are worried about a member of their family or a friend because of his or her drug-taking some guidance, support with making decisions or plans and some guidelines. Counselling talks can be one-to-one, for couples or family groups.
Our task is not just limited to giving people factual information, but we also try to structure and guide the problem-solving process by reflecting on the various solutions.
