Counselling

gelb Counselling can take place face to face, over the phone or online. The aim of counselling is to give people who work either on a professional or voluntary basis with people who are addicted or are involved in drugs some guidance, support with making decisions or plans and some guidelines.

Our task is not just limited to giving people factual information, but we also try to structure and guide the problem-solving process by reflecting on the various solutions.
